  The flavors are good. Their front of house staff leaves a lot to be desired. Too busy talking and playing around instead of servicing customers. We ordered 3 montaditos it took about 25 minutes and there where no customers besides us. We ordered the Cher steak for my four year old since he prefers more basic flavors and they couldn't be bothered to melt the cheese.

  Second time for the past month, and they are super slow. NOT COMING BACK! Last time I didn't mention anything but this time I did. Everything is slow, poor service. The cashier was not attentive, I actually needed to mention to give me the pager so I can wait for my order. After 20 minutes I went to check on my order, found out that the slow cashier never sent it to the kitchen. This cashier is not the first time she forgot to take right orders...By the time that I wanted to talk to the manager people were busy, never responded, not acknowledgement of the costumer....finally came with the food after 30 minutes I ordered....really? The first time there something happened, I gave a second try but I can tell is a mess. People that ordered at the same time were there waiting 20-30 minutes later for a sandwich...really? Not coming back...they need to train people, learn costumer service especially I'm working in a hospitality industry this is a NO! NO! Don't go! the same price you can pay around the same area, better costumer service.

  Come on a Wednesday and get classic and dessert montaditos for 1$ each. Best deal and they have a decent beer selection (bottles). Update: still just as good as before. Around 9 PM is the busiest time, but plenty of seating.
