  The lowest of lowest type of service. Very cheap crappy workers who probably just got out of the boat. I paid, moved to the side to wait for my coffee, 3 ladies stared at me for a few seconds with a stone face and one of them says "what do you want" with very very bad tone and attitude. To which I replied with a demanding voice "I want what I just paid for" she replied "that's not here"
  
  This is an ongoing situation not only here, MIA, is the whole Miami area. A different country with the worst drivers, rude uneducated people, very low class cheap workers, no values, bad habits. DO NOT BUY at this location. It's my honest recommendation.

  I've known this chain to be good so I'm not sure what happened this morning. I ordered a plain Turkey sandwich with lettuce on whole wheat. My daughter couldn't even bite through the bread and to make matters worse they put cheese. It was stale and there is no way you could tell me this was baked fresh this morning. I took it back up and told them about it. They pulled out the cheese and offered to toast the bread. This really didn't help. My daughter tried to eat it because she was starving and we have to catch a flight but only Managed to eat a small piece, it was still hard. $8.10 in the trash. So disappointed.

  Not sure how au bon pain lends its name to this over priced, poor quality food location. The Warm Avocado and Chicken sandwich had NO avocado that I saw and the chicken breast was rubbery and disgusting tasting. You would think being an airport location they would want to impress but instead I think they want to have au bon pain go out of business.
