  I started coming to this Starbucks in September 2016 because it's the closest one to my new job. I usually have a good experience whether it's busy or not (I go between 6:30am and 7:30am). But today, that was not the case.
  
  In the past there were only 3 baristas in the morning and no matter how busy it was they always gave great customer service and noticed if I or someone else was waiting around for an order. But today there were 8 baristas and not one person acknowledged me the entire time I was there. It looked like there was a supervisor on the floor but all he did was assign duties to people and was not attentive to the customers. Not once did I see him address waiting customers or train his staff to acknowledge waiting customers.
  I usually do online ordering and arrive pretty quickly so I usually wait for my drink to be made. Whoever made my drink just left it on the counter and never announced my name (I was waiting at the counter and watched him make the drink). After he set it on the counter the lid was not sealed properly. When I went to drink it I noticed before it had a chance to spill. Then I was waiting for my sandwich. I waited and waited and waited with drink in hand. I made it obvious to see if someone would notice. They were calling out other people's names and orders and I just kept waiting (usually the warmed up sandwiches take a little so I remained patient). As I continued to wait not one person looked up to see who was still waiting. They just continued on with their task. I had to go around to where the food bar was and ask why my sandwich order was taking so long. I told them I had ordered a ham and cheese croissant online and was still waiting for it. They then told me they didn't have any. If you didn't have any to begin with, then why was I waiting so long for an item that wasn't even in stock? In the past when I would order online and something wasn't in stock they would inform me when they called out my name for my drink. They did give me a different sandwich to replace the croissant, which I did appreciate. It's very frustrating when I get better customer service with only 3 people working a busy morning, than 8 people on a not so busy time behind a counter not acknowledging anyone.
  
  Please acknowledge your customers. This one act goes a very long way.

  I really love this place. Hang out here anytime I need to study and school's closed. It's a good crowd of people though it can sometimes get crowded, that's expected since it's a small coffee place. The staff is friendly and helpful. Obviously, it's Starbucks, so yes, their products tend to be high-priced, but I'm rating the place, not the company itself.
